This article gave me goosebumps!! It is such a relief to know that someone else shares my theory on Kevin Sullivan. Why isn't he at least being *looked* at?
After the fiasco in Colorado with the Jon Benet case, one would think that local law enforcement would have learned a thing or two. But perhaps not.
