RAR or ZIP passwords can not simply be bypassed. Either they need to be guessed by yourself, or a program that tries to "crack" the password by guessing automatically. If you can't guess it yourself, you probably need to use a tool for it. However, RAR use pretty strong encryption, so if it's longer than just around 4 letters or so, it'll quickly become much harder to crack, and I think 7-8 letters or so is basically without hope unless you can guess it yourself, or if it's a word found in a dictionary and you can help out the crack tool with a dictionary. (this will greatly reduce the number of combinations to try and make things much quicker)

Elcomsoft probably makes the most used cracking tool, and has one for ZIP archives too. http://www.elcomsoft.com/arpr.html

You can't, that's what passwords are for.
