I've never heard of Subdreamer, but there are plenty of free PHP CMSs out there. Some of the main ones are Joomla, Typo3, Drupal and XOOPS.

I've used WordPress a few times as a CMS. It's not quite as complete a CMS as Subdreamer, but with some of their newest features it comes pretty close. Throw in a few free plug-ins and you can probably get it to do what you want.
