Just tell him that you're not interested. By avoiding him, he might think something is wrong or that he made a mistake. By telling him how you feel, he'll realize that it's a lost cause and he'll stop.

If a person insists on calling too much, it would be boring..If he calls say the same thing so he won't call..I think next time you will not give your phone to someone who you do not know well.
