Facts. Remain calm, even if the other person doesn't. Cover all the reasons why you're right. Don't immediatly try to prove them wrong, just because they're wrong doesn't make you right. SOUND well informed, if you spit out facts like you're nervous and intimidated then it doesn't matter if you're right, you lose validity. Think quick in response to their arguments. If they think quick and you're slow to put out a rebuttle, then again you lose validity and believability (if that's a word).

There are 3 ways to determine who's right.
1) Whoever yells the loudest and intimidates the other first
2) Successfully convince the other person.
3) The 2 of you agree on a person who would know the answer and state "Whatever s/he says is right" then seek their opinion.

Know your facts, speak with confidence.....and when you are wrong but wanna win anyway.......act your a** off.

it's always best to make sure of your facts before you argue, then, show proof that you are correct.
