the government is barely a puppet. who's pulling the strings? the government is an administrative enterprise. The enterprise itself is neither one way or the different - it relatively is used (puppet) the human beings who make up that enterprise may well be corrupt, and as a effect use the enterprise for corrupt prepare. those with the real ability who're working the enterprise (subsequently company u.s.) may well be corrupt.

It's not so much the government that's corrupt, it's our archaic, monopolistic, incompetent, corrupt two-party political system that causes the corruption. The "Republicrats" have put a stranglehold on our fair and just political system which allows American voters no choice and little freedom to change the way the body politic operates in this country. Until the "people" have the power of the vote returned to them (and taken away from rich campaign contributors), we are locked into a system that promotes and encourages malfeasance and skulduggery. -RKO- 07/02/07

Our government is not corrupt, but some of our politicians are!
.
The fault lies with the American people.
Instead of studying the candidates and finding out the truth, they elected (more or less, mostly less) a band of Texas cattle rustlers that have corrupted our once fine government.
.
These bandits, under the banner of family values, homeland security and anti-liberal blather have hood winked the American people.
.
Stop the corruption!
Get involved and vote!

Our government is fine, but there are individual politicians that are corrupt. We need to remember these people on election day and vote them out.

Yep. It's corrupt. Find me a government that isn't, however, and I'll show you some oceanfront property in Wyoming I have for sale. The government is corrupt, but I wouldn't trade it for someone else's corrupt government.

It's a Good Constitution, but the profiteers who you elect see to it that it can't work For The People to form a more perfect Union.

Both parties are corrupt, money talks not the people. Unfortunately theyve been successful at getting us to spend all our time arguing with each other rather than demand they do their jobs
