You probably referring to "You Got Served". But, I guess it depends on how Old school you are...back in the 80's there was "Breakin" and "Beat Street". Two movies about people challenging each other by breakdancing.

there's a few out right now...some more recent than others. There's 'Stomp the Yard' (frats who 'step'-really cool) 'Bring it On' (one AND two) and another really good one called 'Take the Lead' with Antonio Banderas. :)
