I said Average, there is nothing average about G.W.Bush. His dad was president, & he never worked at a real job.

It would depend. Can they prove that they can function in the political system? Can they show that they really understand how things work as well as how they SHOULD work? Can they show me realistic plans to improve our community/state/nation? If so, yes, they would earn my vote.

I don't care what someone did before they held office. I don't care how much money they have. I don't care what party they belong to, what race they are, what religion they are, if they are married or not... I care about their policies and plans, and if they will serve faithfully and well.

First of all, an average person can not get elected for any position except a very local one. You have to pay your dues and make "friends" before you could get even close to elected. I would like to see people be elected that are average working people. (men or women) We need term limits and campaign reform before that has a chance. There is also a lot of thing that go on in congress that does take experience to survive.

I would prefer prefer to vote for someone who works those jobs as long as they are well versed in whats going on, is are excepting of people who he or she disagrees with, does whats best for the country and not for them, and tries to right Americas wronges such as all those treaties she broke with the Pre Americans/Native Americans. Also if they beleived in the trickle up from lower class to business when it comes to wellfare and if he or she was inbetween democratic and republican in what he or she beleives as apposed to being either. Also what itsjustme said.

I would, mainly because the idiots we have been electing have done nothing but disappoint & fail to do their jobs. If I had the attendance record most of these idiots have, I would have been fired and forgotten a long time ago!

Hey Red State Randy:

Watch this, spoken by Bush himself, and then tell me you still believe he is just a "regular" lunchbucket guy. What a joke.
