Hey everyone, well... I have a problem again !!!
Well.... I downloaded Open Office and I created a great SlideShow and I wanted to save it so i clicked File -> Save as and then I named my work and clicked Save and then it came up with a message saying that there was an error and it couldn't save my work for some reason.
I tried saving my work as a different fle format but that didn't work as well !!!
Well, I've got three questions
1) Is anyone else having this problem?
2) Do you know how to fix the probem?
3) Do you jnow any other free softwares which I can use?
I know about Microsoft PowerPoint but you have to pay and I don't really like using free trials.
If you have an answer to any of these questions please write it down, thanks so much

I was using Open Office Impress- The software where you make Powerpoint Presentations.
okay, now I'll do it in steps to make it more easier to understand.
Step.....
1) I Made My Presenation
2) I clicked Save As...
3) I Named My Document, I Named It Presentation
4) I Clicked Save
5) An Error Came Up This Is What It Said:

" OpenOffice.org 2.2
Error Saving The Document a.odp:
Write Error
The File Could Not Be Written"
6) I Went Very Mad !!!!

I think it's something to do with the type of file I saved it as, but I tried saving oit as an Open Office Impress File but it wouldn't work !!!

But I think it might have something to do with something else...

When I created a presenation with no images in it and I saved it as a Open Document Presentation it worked.
I tried to save my presenation in every different file type but none of them worked
Help !!!!

Question: What File Type Should I Save My Presentation As?

If any of you know the answer, please answer the question or e-mail me

Why don't you download Easy Office, it is compatable with Windows products. There are lots of programs in this and when the expire date comes up, most of the programs are free and will stay on your computer. If you decide you do not want the program, when you delete it or uninstall then your computer will go back to the original settings. This site for download, just click on the blue button.

"I wanted to save it so i clicked File -> Save as and then I named my work and clicked Save and then it came up with a message saying that there was an error and it couldn't save my work 'for some reason'." - you have to be more specific.

Please re-post and describe your specific problem, with the program name and error messages (if applicable) and a description of your PC and operating system.

If your machine hasn't completely given up the ghost, reboot the darn thing to see if you can re-create the problem, taking careful notes on everything you do along the way. Write down any error messages you encounter and don't leave out any of the "technogobbledygook". <<< This is critical!!!

Then, we can try to help.
