That must hurt. Of course not. Bras are only for holding up your breasts when you stand up, to avoid sagging breasts later on in life.

some women especially large breasted women may find it more comfortable to sleep with a bra on. My neice does. Most women are more comfortable with out one at night. It is up to the individual women. There are actually bras designed for sleeping.

That is totally up to you. I like to sleep in my sports bra usually. If you do want to sleep in a bra, I'd opt for no underwire, no padding--preferably a sports bra.

I am a firm believer in sleeping with a soft (no underwire) bra for a bit of support at night! Especially when developing. I do not know if it is a proven fact yet or not but it does help keep you well shaped.

I wouldn't recommend it, you feel pressure in your chest and you'll probably have a restless sleep. I mean you can do it but I think sleeping without your bra would probably be more comfortable.

It's a matter of personal preference. My wife never sleeps with one on. As she states "The girls need to be free." Lol, I would say do what works for you.

no. if they're painful around your period you may choose to wear one at night to avoid discomfort, but make sure it's a comfortably fitting bra without an underwire.

I do. I can't stand the feeling of not wearing a bra. My breasts get sore if I don't. But no, it is not necessary, and you will not get breast cancer if you do, and it won't make them more perky if you do.
