I am a Christian who follows the teachings of Jesus Christ... I'm not sure who Bush follows. He certainly doesn't represent me as a "good and moral" Christian. What makes him a good Christian in your eyes?

Bush has good christian morals? Really? Starting an unjust war is good christian morals? Ordering the killing of civilians by bombing raids is good christian morals? Lying, cheating, stealing are good christian morals? The only morals Bush adheres to are the ones that line the pockets of himself and his political donation buddies. Maybe that is the problem with right wing religion in America, they look towards a thief and a coward for religious guidance.

Good values? Like starting war? Like giving to the rich rather than the poor? Is that your idea of good Christian values?
Are you one of those people who thinks that if anyone spouts a lot of God-talk and avoids getting a BJ that's the sum total of morality?

I'm pretty sure that since this country is getting so anti-Christian, that if 9/11 had been done by Christian extremists, the gov't would have probably stepped in to try and end Christianity altogether in this country.

Liberals hate Bush mostly because he claims to have Christian Moral Values, but does the opposite. I think if you truly examined what he has done, it is in contrast to what the bible teaches.

You'll have to define which rights have been violated. Besides, there are no "Christian Rights" guaranteed by the government. There are rights for humanity and for citizens, but nothing special for particular religions.
Remember there is more to a Christian point-of-view than abortion.

I know atheists who are far more Christian and have stronger values & morals than most religious zealots in this country.
I obey the laws of my country, I don't rewrite or bend them to suit my tastes & devices.
