No. The Tigers have the best team in my opinion. If they do not win it this season will be a failure. The team is way better than last years team so I don't see why they would not be the favorite right now. I like the Angels but you can't just piss on a team that went to the Series a year ago and only got better in the off-season.

You never know. Look at last years Cardinals. They had the worst regular season record of any play off team and won it all. The Anaheim, California of Los Angeles Angels will have as good a shot at it as anyone. But watch out in the second half of the season for the Oakland A's. If they get healthy, they could end up winning the division and the whole thing.

the teams in the nl will be the brewers(?(only cuz the rest of the central sux)), mets & braves (winner & wild card), and probably the dodgers unless the padres can start scoring runs.
al teams still not sold on the red sox, but they have a large lead at the moment, hate to say it but i like the tigers, too. the west should have the mariners cuz their bats are powerful and putz is the 5hit!! can't come up with a wild card at this point. nice follow up white sox!!! what a joke

They have the best record right now with 51 wins. If they can keep up the steam, I say yes. If they go down to the Tigers or Cleveland, I believe that the AL will still win the series.

First it's Angels and they will win the world series this year. They have an excellent pitching staff. Casey Kotchman, Orlando Cabrera(who should of been in the all-star game), Reggie Willits, chone figgins, and of course Vladdy has been playing very well.

Maybe if they get the World Series they'll lose to either the Brewers or Mets, take your Pick now, the NL will win the All-star next Tuesday.

no, angels isn't on the preview list to win World Series as on SI, ESPN, and Sporting News;
only Tigers, Red Sox, Mets, and Indians had been on the list to win World Series this year

Nah you always need a solid pitching staff to make it in the playoffs, thats why the Yankees havent been able to string it together in seven years.
