Help, im going to live the simple life...what do I do?
Im going to a small farm somewhere in Puebla Mexico for 2 weeks.
I forget my spanish many times because I speak English all the time.
What can I do, no computers, Music, people your age, and no cell phones.
lots of chickens running around, cows waking you up in the morning.
OH no...is my life over?
I am staying with my uncles and they have a wonderful view of a big volcano.
"I hate waking up at 6 AM!"
LOL but my mom say "its an experience youll never forget" I love the city hehehehe

You're only there for two weeks, so savor every moment. It will be an unforgettable experience. You'll connect with the land, your heritage and relatives. Plus, you'll learn what farm life is like, and that life without modern conveniences isn't so bad. You'll appreciate more what you have. It sounds like the area is beautiful, so hike and take lots of pictures too. Enjoy!

your life is definitely not over but actually improved since you can get in touch with Nature, and find out more about where you come from. Being in the countryside has always been a very positive experience for me. Of course, there some uncomfortable stuff, like the lack of hot water any time you want it, but that can also toughen you up a bit.

You must be a teenager. Doing something for two weeks is no time at all. There are teenagers everywhere including small villages in Mexico. You will want to stay longer when it is time to leave. Your mother is right. Trust her.

Be thankful for the "simple life" even if it is only for 2 weeks...You are very fortunate.. Just think, no traffic,noise,shootings,killings,etc... That is something to do that I would love to do.. If nothing else you could milk the cows,gather up the eggs, and just help all around...HAVE FUN!!

Life it what you make of it. If you sit around commiserating about how bad it is then yes it will suck. If you go out and try to make the most of and learn something about your self during the process it will be awesome.
2 weeks is nothing.
