What's the best way to clear and clean clogged gutters on your home?

I just moved from Manhattan to the burbs a few months ago...thanks for your help.

sweep the gutters with a broom.stick a water hose down the pipe,with running water.if it doesn't unclog doing this,get a small diameter pvc pipe and tap the clog down easily with the water running as you do it.

They make an extension for a hose that has a curved end on it for washing gutters. You can also use a ladder and garden hose with a nozzle on it.

pay the kid in your neighborhood to do it. dont pay him untill its perfect
