I'm 41 and missed my period (first time ever.) My husband had a vasectomy 20 years ago. Is it at all possible that I'm pregnant? I don't have all the usual symptoms though.

Probably not pregnant you could be going through the early stages of perimenopause...Your period will shift or become non existant, hot flashes and mood swings... Go and see the doctor they may recommend some type of hormone replacement thereapy...

it is ever so slightly possible. Heres the typical i herd story.
Actually i knew these people personally. He ahd the procedure doen and about 10 yrs later she got preggo. Big fights abotu faithfulness and all and come to find out her had 3 vas defrens. Most of us only have 2 which they cut, burn, tie, and hide. His third was fully functiuonly and it was jsut a miracle that he did nto get her preggo earlier than 10 yrs later. They went back and had a complete check for any other hidden tubes that they missed the first time 10 yrs earlier.

can it be that you're stressed, have you been loosing weight all that plays into changes of your menstrual cycle. if so dont worry but if not then just take a pregnancy test( will most likely be negative )
