Ken C doesn't have a clue. Bush has pretty much tanked his party and the democratic nominee will probably win. But Giuliani will probably give them the toughest time.

Any of them. We will have a Republican Pres in 2008.
It is all about getting the vote out. Getting your party to the polls. Whipping them into a frenzy.
In 2000, gay marriage was on many state ballots and the republicans ran to the polls. In 2004, there was a John Kerry hatred frenzy that drove the republicans to the polls. In 2006, the war made the republicans disillusioned and the dems were anti-war perked so the Dems won in huge numbers.
In 2008 Hillary will win the dem nomination and Hillary-hatred will drive the Republicans to the polls in record numbers.

In my opinion (only) I think Guiliani will give a good run... For starters he was the only Republican candidate that had the guts to speak out about a woman's choice (pro choice platform). While he didn't support abortion, he didn't condemn or make judgements... Kudos to him for having the intelligence and backbone to speak for himself and not go with what the rest of them were saying.

My hopes are pinned to Fred Thompson. Mabye Romney as a second choice.
McCain ruined his chances with his bird brained immigration fiasco.
Giuliani might be a contender but he turns many people off.

I think Edwards was just eliminated as a serious candidate by his wife.
Neither Hillary or Obama are electable. So It would be a Landslide victory for any of the Republicans mentioned.
The Dems really need to get a real candidate, or they are gonna throw away any chance in 2008.
Certified Playa. Thank you. I have seen your other questions, and realize you are just a Racist anyway, so your condemnation of my answer is a compliment...

It's either going to be Guiliani or Thompson.
And I'm willing to wager that either one would pick the other as their running mate.
