There is no way to tell. You won't stop growing until you are in your 20's, so you have plenty of time.

Nobody can tell you how much you will grow, peopl do it at different rates, im thirteen adn i have no breasts, sure sometimes i get teased but i just blow it off, ive learned to accept me for who i am ad others should too, if u want them to grow it may help to gain a few pounds. Not alot though, maybe like 5-6. Besides, now you know if a guy lieks you for who you are, not your breats. Just, dont worry about it, sure it can be hard at times.. i no but if anyone says anything brush it off, they're just stupid.

Everybody grows at a different pace. It can be die to genetics. Ask your family members if they are small chested. Don't worry you will start growing.
