Because I think so!!! How does Fuentes, Hamels, etc...get in and not CY? CY is by far the 3rd best pitcher in the NL and probably top 8 in the MLB!!! I think LaRussa is a freaking idiot!!!

yes he did. that's why they should get rid of the every team needs to get represented rule. Look at Chris Young E.R.A.

hamels is eisily having a better season and if you watched him in the 15 K game you would understand Hamels has more wins he is 2nd in Ks in the nl and one of the most exiting pitchers in baseball. fuentes wouldnt take a spot from from young because regardless of the last week he is one of the best rp in the nl. chris young is a good pitcher but is not better than anyone who made it as a starter.

He still could get in. He is one of the 5 N.L. candidates in the final vote. You can vote for him at MLB.com. The others are Carlos Zambrano, Roy Oswalt, Tom Gorzelanny, and Brandon Webb.

maybe idk

he really didnt start pitching well until recently, and in that time frame has 8 Wins (very impressive)

but i think he didnt get a spot because he hasnt been playing consistently well all season
