I think mostly about my family. First and foremost I think about my kids, their well being, and how I am going to pay for college. Then, I think about my marriage, and how lucky I am to have met this wonderful woman whom I share my life with. Things aren't always smooth between us, but what we have I'll never give up. Then, I think about my dad. He’s old now and depressed since mom died about ten months ago. He's in poor health and I want him to see my kids grow up; but it's becoming clear that he won't be able to. He knows this, and he's even said so. But, I try to convince him he's going to live a long time. He misses my mother, and wants to be with her, and that has me frightened. In answer to your question, I think mostly about my family. Thanks for asking.

Finding another job. I really like the place where I am currently employed, but I should be and would be making a lot more money working someplace else. I could make 3 times what I am making here with a bigger company, but I don't want to get into another stressful work environment.

Comparative theology. Basically the similarities and differences in the religions and how/if they all tie into the same belief with variations depending upon cultures and societies. I also consider the sociological causes of the beliefs of different cultures and theorize how the outcome would be different if their history had been altered. - little things to keep me busy on the ride home.

I think about the meaning of the little black spot on the top of the electrical insulator on top of the pole outside my window. I'm sure all answers for all questions ever posed by humankind are wrapped up in that little black spot. If only I could crack the code. Alas. Alas! I must know.

If I'm being honest, Ralph is 100% correct.
I think about sex all the time - when I'm not dwelling on a work situation or a philosophical problem. Sex is the constant. And according to statistics, most people do.
