Well there has been two treaties so far
The Treaty of Nice
The Maastricht Treaty

It has to do with the fact that they weren't able to get an agreement on a constitution...so they called it a treaty because then it can't be questioned like a constitution can be. It has nothing to do with being an actual TREATY...but more of a control issue where they are making the people serfs and nothing more...it is happening here in the USA with the North American Union between Mexico, the USA and Canada. To check it out look at the words NAU, SPP and the Amero. You will not believe what these governments have been up to behind everyones backs!
