Overpopulation...like the 6.5 billion people presently destroying this rock we call home. When elk herds in Yellowstone overpopulate, elk starve. That's why predators like wolves are so crucial to the health and maintenance of herds. Human have no predators. The few killed by bears, cougars, car accidents, and plane crashes don't make enough of a difference in our population because there's just too many of us. So if we don't destroy ourselves with drugs, murder, and wars, we're going to destroy our planet and starve. If we don't bake from the Sun's radiation first.
