The 997 Turbo (which is the 2007 Turbo Carrera) has a top speed of 193mph. There is no factory data, and I've not seen any test data from anywhere, in regards to how long it would take to reach this top speed.

0-60mph is 3.6 seconds, and it will cover the quarter mile in 12 seconds flat (and cross the traps at 120mph). There is test data to support that it will reach 160mph in 23.6 seconds. Given this data, it would be reasonable to estimate that it would be capable of reaching top speed in ~37 seconds (a run which would definitely not be stressful enough to cause the need to rebuild the engine; and repeated runs of the same also would be well within the stresses that the engine is designed for).
