a-rod has 28 and fielder has 27..who will be on top at the end of the regular season?

Thanks for all of the opinions so far. I personally think (and hope) a-rod will hit more homeruns than Fielder just because he can explode on a streak like crazy.

A-Rod will keep putting up the homeruns all year long while Fielder is having a great year but is in uncharted territory. I would have to go with A-Rod.

A-Rod. This is a contract year for him, so look for his numbers to be great all season long. I'm not saying Fielder won't have a good run, but A-Rod having the chance to opt-out after this season and land a 6-8 year deal up to $30 million per year...he'll hit more homers.

Fielder.....
I don't know how old you are & if you remember Prince's dad Cecil. They are built identically and Cecil had a few magical years actually towards the "end" of his carrer. Give Prince time and patience and he will be a superstar for years to come!!!!

A-Rod. He's one of the best power hitters in the history of the game. I wouldn't be surprised to see him break Bonds 73 in a season.
