Strange but yes. Not with fresh milk but sweet condensed milk. Served with ice & strips of red & green gelatin on top. It's called "samalamig" in the Philippines.

I doubt it. The acid in the pineapple juice would probably curdle the milk, and that wouldn't be pleasant.
