I know im stupid but what is the difference between a face and a heel superstar?

Face is short for Baby-face meaning that they are liked by the crowd. The Good guys. Heel is the opposite of Face. Therefore, Heel are the bad guys

All of these guys are correct. Nowdays, you also have what is called a Tweener. That is somone that is sort of on the fence as to begin a good guy or bad guy. The crowd will pop for them if they are competing against a more pure heel, or boo them if they are competing against a more pure face. I was kind of hoping for Kennedy's character to fall into this categoy, just cause he got screwed by Edge with the Money in the Bank thing.

Face = good guy
Heel = bad guy
There are occasions however when the crowd will treat a face as a heel, example: John Cena.
Or a heel as a face, e.g. Randy Orton

Heel is a bad guy wrestler
Tweener is also a wrestling term referring to any wrestler who is a face but uses heels antics( mocking people, cheating etc.)

a face superstar is one of the hero wrestlers in the wwe one who doesn't cheat in any type of way like Rey Mysterio. A heel is a villain character one who uses steel chair and low blows when the referee is knocked out like Edge and Mark Henry.

a heel is MVP he is hated except for me.
do not confuse with clean and dirty becuase flair is dirty and he is a face
