Actually, the main reasons he runs as as Democrat are:

A. He's Black

B. He's from Chicago, which is a one Party town.

The Obama\Osama thing is simply because the Republitrolls haven't found any real issues to raise.

It's hard to find real Black candidates in the GOP for two reasons. They immediate lose credibility in their own communities for "selling out." And, some key GOP constituencies are too racist to support a Black Candidate.

A prime example is Colin Powell. In 1992, he was the most electable man in either party. But, he was Black and Pro-choice, so there was no way his Party could afford to have him run in the Primaries, much less nominate him. Which cost them the next two Presidential Elections.

Juding from the number of Osama-Obama questions on here you may be on to something....more than likely though, it is because he realizes the rednecks in the South would never vote for a black man...a Republican cannot win without sweeping the South.

No, Barack's been a Democrat for years. He was a Democrat during the Reagan administration, when Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein were US allies.

No. It's because his values more closely align with those of the Democratic Party than the Republicans. I don't think he even considered for a moment being a Republican. He's got little in common with them.

No, he's a Democrat because he's actually a Socialist. You might look at his voting record. Since the Socialists aren't well organized here, he joined the major party closest to his ideals.

No I think he is a democrat because thats the politics he supports. That and of course most black americans who vote vote democratic regardless of the reality of the real support by the party.

He is in the race two years ahead of time to give him some type of credibility as Hitlery's running mate.

This whole race is a sham. The only reason there is a two year campaign is because Clinton or Obama have no qualifications whatsoever to serve as president and if you brainwash enough people over the course of two years, they might scam enough votes.

No.
He is a Democrat because he is not smart enough to be a Republican and he has ALL the wrong opinions on things just like his fellow liberals.

No. He is a Dem because his agenda is to take from those who have and give to the have nots. The have nots are then beholding to him.
