Some do , some don't. It's not cute and it's technically not a "lisp". It's a speech impediment, usually "affected" and most often used only by very effeminate gay men.

a lisp is when you can't pronounce "s" sounds, I've yet to meet a gay men with a lisp

I don't have lisp, but it's more of an attitude or state of mind having lisp.

I don't really know.

However, I really love gay men. (Not as a partnership together) I mean, I would LOVE to have a gay friend because gay guys seem to be so much more nicer than guy friends.

I may be wrong here, but I think that "flaming" style of speech is kind of akin to membership in a club of some sorts. It gives a sense of belonging to something special.

I had a friend ,who became gay .then he started talking like that. He never talked like that before. He started this in his mid 20's.That's knew he became gay,before that he was man whore.

Some do, some don't. Please don't generalize a statement like that. It's only a small percentage, and in all honesty, they can talk any way they want to. Everyone else does.
