Best thing to do is to go to google and just type it in search to find craft ideas for birthday parties.
I have some fun ideas for games though
(1) balloon race-it the party is inside
split girls up in team and have them race to a far end of the room to stuff a plastic bag with as much ballon as they can fit in the bag. For fun you can have all different sizes of balloon and have the bigger balloon count for the most points.
(2) find the paper clip
blindfold the girls and have them search in a bowl of rice for paperclips...have them race against the clock to see who can have the most paperclips in the fastest time
(3) guess how much candy
fill different size bottles of different kinds of candy and have the girls put in their guesses and reward the girl with correct or closest guess with the bottle of candy

Dance party- you can invite lots of people and they are not hard parties to throw. Bring good food, hire a dj, and get to boogieing! Make sure however that things don't get too inappropriate in front of your parents. Beach party- (depending on where you live) you can again invite a lot of people. If your birthday is towards the summer this is a sure fire hit. Bring a radio, snacks and a volleyball for sure-fire fun. Go to a theme park- I suggest something like Knotts Berry farm, Six Flags, or any of the good local ones near to you. However, this can be frightening to some parents for if their child got lost that would not be good. Good Luck!! Have fun ~Meredith ps. I'm 14 so I've been to some good parties

theres so many things you can do. try going to the dollar store and buying some cheap frames and having the kids decorate them using old sea shells, sand, leaves, small rocks, or anything for the front lawn. you could also buy little sticker booklets and have them all make a small creative scrapbook using the stickers and markers. buy some cheap sidewalk chalk and let them go to town. chalk is the easiest thing ever invinted. they can go outside and have a lot of fun, then when they're done all you have to do is just spray it away and then they can start all over again. Another easy thing is buying a sprinkler. if its hot out, then the kids are gonna want to go outside and play, so let them play in the sprinkler and cool off.

have a glamour party - where the kids can style their hair and play with makeup
have a Mary Kay makeover party
get modeling clay and have a ceramic party - and oven dry the dough then paint it.
make gingerbread castles
beading is fun - make necklaces, braclets, etc
learn to make beads- with dough or with paper or plaster
have a stamping party - with rubber stamps
Fabric painting - get t-shirts or baseball caps and paint them. You could have the guests bring their own shirts/caps

I would head over to Michaels. They have great crafts you could use for a party. You could make foam crowns and tiaras and dazzle or paint them. Maybe get some big beads and make necklaces or bracelets. Stuff that won't take too long and is easy to clean up. :)

costume contest
water ballon races (relay race)
black snake(its a game like hot and cold, but you take a black rope and hide it, and instead of saying hot or cold you sing "black snake black snake" louder 4 hot and soft for cold.)
