3) 2 Slices of Pepper Jack Cheese
4) 5 Sliced Black Olives
5) Mustard
6) Wheat Bread (Pure)

Be honest! I'm 5'6 and 109 lbs.

The olives have a lot of fat in them, as well as the cheese. Overall it's well-balanced and the wheat bread gets you a star!

Everything's OK except the cheese and the olives....why not use just one slice of cheese and no olives?? olives are practically pure fat anyway....that way you at least get a 'taste' of the cheese, rather than depriving yourself of it...or if you want to really do without, no cheese at all!!

No! Wheat bread is very good for you. Grilled Cheese has 400 calories per sandwhich. I think your ok.

at 109 lb and 5'6 throw some more meat on there and add some mayo and a bag of chips.

My son is diabetic and we were told black olives are nothing but fat.
