When it's something like that , that I dread doing, I just tell myself that the sooner I get to work on it and get it done, the sooner I can get out and do what I want to do. Get in those books, get it done and then go out and celebrate. It will give you something to look forward to and be a little reward for yourself. Good luck.

I know it sounds cheesy, but watch the docudrama, Pumping Iron followed by all the Rocky movies and then followed by atleast 6 hours of intensive Dragonball Z.
at the end of this session you should have enough testosterone and "I'm a tough guy" metality built up to get off your deadass and pick up some weights and hit that punching bag and become a real human being who can take care of himself on the streets.
You gotta find the things that inspire you to do the things you want to do. If you don't have inspiration, you won't work to your full potential.

One can sometimes find the energy to move on when one stops thinking. Yes, stop thinking about how boring it is, what you could be doing right now, ect. Concentration is a skill that one can develop. It allows one to temporarily push all distractions away and focus on one's task. Practice can help, while interest can be attained by relating topics to things you find interesting. Sometimes, one just has to forget distractions, go somewhere alone and quiet, and work. Hope this helps a little.

are you eating healthy foods? often it's the food we eat makes us feel like the way we do. Are you spending a lot of time in a well ventilated area? Do you get enough sun? Are you getting enough physical contact. Don't forget, we are social animals & need social activities & physical contact (No, I dont mean sex I'm talking about being hugged, held etc).
I know these are not answers but I'm hoping that by answering these questions you might find your answer :)

It's not whether you have the energy or not. Moving on is just what must be done. You have two choices in everything: move along or die. Usually the first one is preferable.

I'm not that into running, but I have to stay active or my body just shuts down. There's days where I'm just SO tired but I think. "If you don't get up, you'll just be lazy, and when you're lazy you're fat." It's not very positive but it motivates me to get my butt into gear.
Or when someone decides to really grind my reins and I just feel like locking myself in my room, I take out their picture or something I got from them and burn it or break it. It makes me feel better, and makes me feel like a BA, but then I move on and forget about what they did to me and get on with my day.

First off, use the word "you" and not the letter "u". It will do wonders for your credibility.
Secondly, perservere.
