The only aquariums that are not suited to Marine (saltwater)environments are some of the very old metal framed tanks.
These can be modified to work,but are really not worth the effort.

You can have any kind of tank you want. Just check w/ your local fish/pet store on how to do it. Salt water/ marine tanks need a little extra work but the beautiful critters are worth it.
We have freshwater tanks with critters ranging from goldfish to tropical and another w/ a turtle & bluegills.
Once you decide what kind of tank you want, you get it established and have to maintain it.
If you are not sure about what you are doing, a good fish store w/ be great help.

well aquariums are for fish but as soon as you take the water out and put a lizard in it beacomes a terrarium
