I work long hours sometimes 14-15 hour days.
But, it seems like no matter how much sleep i get im always
tired and have no energy left . is this normal

Your long hours are very hard on your body. It's not able to recharge during your sleep. I agree with the other person who recommended you drink lots and lots of water and eat a healthy diet with no junk food. That will help. A glass of milk or A banana before you go to sleep can help you reach a deeper sleep, therefore recharging your body.

you could also have chronic fatigue syndrome. If you don't feel better after doing the above within a week or two I would recommend you see your medical doctor for a physical.

talk to a doc and get a sleep study done. If you have sleep apnea you could sleep 20 hours and still be tired because you are not breathing right when you sleep.

I find exercise and eating right helps me with my energy levels. Especially when I'm pulling longer days at work.

Start doing yoga,and light exercises.Take meals in time. Take milk dailyand fruits too.

no are taking vitamins ? depression will cause you to feel drained low iron will to a hot love life might help snap you out of it all work and no play makes cindy old and gray

make sure you drink plenty of water. also, good diet. these two things can help solve many health problems that many people have
