Why would I care about Tax Evasion? Its not like tax Evasion helped him hit HR. I care about Barry Bonds the baseball player, not Barry Bonds the American Citizen.

There's been talk about this since at least 2005, but nothing has come of it to this point. If the allegations are correct, then he's obviously guilty, but it seems to be mostly speculation at this point.
I'd love to see Bonds get charged with something - I just don't like him - but I'm not sure how strong the evidence can be if they've had it for two years and have done nothing but sit on it to this point.

We'll find out after the AS break because that's when the US Govt. is going to subpoena Barry. His attorney is trying to block it from happening. When he testifies, we'll definitely learn the truth from drug use and tax skipping.

You need more proof?! The grand jury testimony was leaked where he admitted that he took steroids. Legally, it was not proved. But, if you admit you did something. then it is pretty reasonable to believe that you didn't lie about it.

Does the amount of back taxes he would have to pay come close to totaling the amount the Government has spent trying to find something on him? Smells kinda fishy to me.
