Well after a long search I finally picked out something I think is cute but comfortable enough for school!
Under your light blue shirt I would put this DARK BLUE under shirt. You might have to change it to dark blue when you open the link.

Now the shoes for me was the hardest part because I love shoes but you always have to find just the right shoes for what you are wearing I like these because I think they make a cute hello I’m here type of fashion statement! And besides I’m really not into plain old shoes I like shoes like these that are different but comfortable. (You might have to change the link to dark blue those are the ones I’m talking about)

it would go with, a lacey gray undershirt so the lace can be seen from the top, a pair of light washed jeansbecause the whole outfit seems very light and airey, gray ballet flats to match the top, blue headbands, a charm necklace, this sliver ring, and a white handbag to match the white lace of the undershirt.

While I don't shop American Eagle, I have a suspiction that they have a plethora of skirts, jeans, shorts, shoes, and accessories that would go with it. Sneaky trick to keep customers' money in their stores. Stores are tricky that way. Although, I personally think that $19 for one Tshirt is expensive and would be able to put together a whole outfit for that price. (I have whole outfits that cost less than five, but that's a different topic.)

Put a white lace cami underneath. Then wear a pair of light wash jeans or capris. Get a cute white wedge and mabye some simple jewlrey. Hope this helps!

ok a PERFECT outfit with this would be the following:
1) a plain long white tank, you can find them online at ae.com (they're called the boyfriend tanks) or my favorite ones come from Aeropostale...even tho i hateeee that store, their white tanks are long and fit really good.
2) a pair of skinny jeans. You can basically find those anywhere.
3) EITHER a cute pair of flats or just flip flops. id go with a plain color like white...that'd go best. Maybe flip flops would go even better...you can never go wrong with Old Navy =]
4) and to finish it off, a great long pendant necklace. Not just a string of beads or watever, but a long chain with like a big heart at the end. You could look at places like Forever21. Here's one from Forever21 that i think would go great:

I would wear that with a pair of tight skinny jeans. Loose shirt + Skinny Jeans = Hot. For shoes, I would go with a pair of cute flats, maybe with a small bow on the top of them. Wear one of your favorite necklaces or bracelets that gives you confidence. I would wear a locket/heart like necklace with that shirt (because it has a big neck). I would wear like a camisole under it, and you could do black or whatever color you want.

Almost anything woule work with that.
If its really low cut I suggest you wear it with a cute cami underneath.
I think shorts black,white or grey would look good with that shirt and pair it off with a cute ballet flat or sandals.
The shirt would go fine with jeans if its colder out.

girl get u some real tight jeans long or coprese and some high heels you'll be to fabolous and dont wear and undershirt under it where a tube top you'll look 2 sexy on all dem envious females
