If you just want to loosen them up a bit dampen a like colored bath cloth (not soak and wet, just dampened) and the shirt and the bath cloth in the dryer together. The steam will caused by the damp cloth will take some of the stiffness out of the shirt. You gotta take the shirt out while it's still hot to avoid wrinkles. Five to 10 minutes should do the trick.

Hang the shirt in the bathroom while you have the shower running steaming hot. The steam will relax the starch. I'd let it run about 10-15 minutes and leave the shirt hanging in the bathroom with the door shut for a while!

Take the shirts to the cleaners and have them do it.
