Kariya went for the money and signed with perrenial losers St Louis. Honestly, the club has had little success since their first 3 seasons. If any team is a big messy situation I'd have to say it was the Blues. Signing Tkachuk was dumb. How does that make a crappy club better for more than one or two more years? They aren't drawing fans like they once did and they want to put another team in the same state. Someone needs to save the NHL from Gary Bettman. Where's Lee Harvey Oswald anyway?

Paul Kariya is going to sign with the St. Louis Blues. I just talked to a friend with the organization, and they are sitting up a press conference for today or tomorrow.

He signed with the St. Louis Blues. It was a 3-year 18 million dollar deal.
