Orlando, FL for the East because it is already a tourist attraction. If you put a National League team there, you could see a game there in the day and an American League night game in Tampa. It could produce a good rivalry with the Marlins or the Braves, as well.

San Antonio, TX would be the pick for the west team. San Antonio is a large town and it is far enough from Houston and Arlington to create its own fan base. I think they could have good rivalries with the Astros, the Rangers, and the Diamondbacks on who controls the Southwest in baseball.

There won't be expansion for another 25+ years if any. All the cities you listed aren't big baseball markets and aren't rich in history. Baseball is already diluted with bad players who should be in Double A but are starting for teams like the Royals and Nats.
What do you say to present teams who say, "they can't compete" like the Pirates and Reds . They can't even give those tickets away. Did you forget about the Marlins? Two rings followed by two fire sales. They lost money both times because fans still didn't show up to the games.

First off I know Brookyln used to have the Dodgers, however between the Yankees and the Mets nowerdays, a new franchise in Brooklyn wouldn't survive.

Secondly, I don't think MLB needs any new franchises to even begin with. I think it's spread itself out far enough as is. It has been argued that talent has been watered down because of too many expansion teams to begin with, so why add more?

Portland and Indianapolis. Too many teams in California already. I don't think ESPN should have a third N.Y team to shove down the rest of the country throats. Enough with the Yankeee-Mets-Red Sox bias already ESPN!!! There are 27 other teams

None of them. Baseball is not ready to expand right now, the teams have enough problems getting enough pitching. If you add two teams, you're just watering down the talent level. Besides most of the cities you picked don't have enough of a population base to support attendance, to pay the bills
