I payed for this mobile faceplate from Hongkong and its been 12 days and I still havent received my item. The seller doesnt reply my emails. I was just wondering just incase he's planning on ripping me off, whats the worst thing I could do to him if he doesnt send my item. By the way I have been using eBay for a while now and this has never happened to me before.

I think that if the person that does not give you the things that you paid for then you can sue them i think....but im not sure...same thing happened to my friend then he read on eBay's website that he could sue them....contact him and then contact eBay and let them know.
