I would really love to have twins can anyone help with advice.

Personally, I would re-think your desire. While they are certainly a joy, they are twice the work, too. There are also more risks during pregnancy and delivery.

You can't make yourself have twins. The only way I've ever heard of is fertility drugs, which you can only get from doctors if you're having trouble conceiving in the first place. That's like trying to have a baby of a specific gender.

Genetics plays a big part in naturally conceiving twins. However these days a majority of multiple births are due to fertility treatments. Doctors will not do fertility treatments unless there is cause to.

See a fertility doctor & get fertility medications. They increase your odds of having multiples. That would be the only thing I could think of. Having twins naturally is just a random thing there is no way to make sure it happens.

These are just things I've heard...First of all, does your family have a twin history?, Gaining weight increases your chances also a lot of dairy in your diet, I've heard concieving just after another baby or just luck I guess, good luck, hope this helps.

fertility drugs are the only way to influence getting fraternal twins. identical are a fluke, nothing you can do to get those, just gotta get lucky!

you can not force that the natural way. God just has to grant you twins. otherwise, science will have to intervene with fertility drugs.
