I would say my boyfriend, my dog and water but the first 2 are not items So I will after to say alcohol to drink and get drunk so all is not what it is. With some good alcohol I can make my island anything I want it to be.
Some pain pills to get rid of the hangover headaches. and the headache of being stranded,
and a man blow up doll (that would be an item) we could all party and not be alone.

A fishing pole set up with a lot of hooks and line, a sharpened axe and a well charged cell phone with a lot of long distance hours. That way I can eat, cut wood for shelter and call for help!!!

Lots of matches or lighters, ax, & husband so he can chop with it. Toothbrush, fishing pole ( I can dig up the bait or catch minnows). Blankets and good shoes.
