I am going to see Transformers tonight at an 8:00 pm showing. Do you think there will be a big line to see it? Should I show up earlier to get a good seat or do you think going a 1/2 hour before the show starts, like I usually do, will be enought time to get good seats?

You might want to leave about 2 hours earlier. In case you haven't heard, www.moviefone.com shows that the Transformers movie page has 22,509 views, while Harry Potter (which is supposed to be bigger than Transformers this summer) only had 7,529 views. Plus on yahoo movies, Transformers has been the 1st most popular movie since Spiderman 3's release, and it won MTV movie award's "Best Movie You Haven't Seen Yet" award. I would definitely leave earlier. From the looks of it, this film may gross over $400 million. NOT DVD ON A 12" TV>

I would think there will be a fairly long line for it. So I would say maybe go like 45 minutes to even an hour early just to be on the safe side of things. Good luck and hope you enjoy the movie, I know I cannot wait to see it.

If I were you, I would wait until the movie was out on DVD. This way, you can see it whenever you like. Who knows? You just might enjoy it.
