Truly it is believed to be a sin. In the Bible, God created Man and Woman. But with the way todays society is going and showing us (Meaning TV and Hollywood) that people who are of different sexualities are normal. But I'm not saying they aren't what i believe is that they had made a poor choice. That's what life is all about choices and if you believe in God and His Word. Then it is believed to be a sin. The Bible also says that Lust is a sin. Meaning if you where to look at somebody in a way that you wouldn't want your Children or your parents to look at you for example some guy or girl is walking down the street and your eye them in a sexual manner that is a sin. But it also says in the Bible that we should not judge People and their decisions, and that is Gods job in the end. So for some words of wisdom think about this before you do anything would you want your children doing it or your family doing it? What Would Jesus Do?

It depends on what your values and beliefs have. A lot of religious people feel that it is a sin (like mormons, catholics, Muslims, etc).
I don't see anything wrong with it. As long as you stay true to the one you are in a relationship with, then what does it matter if you are dating a boy or a girl? There is nothing wrong with being bisexual.

that answer will change with each person you ask....in other words, no one can say what exactly a "sin" is with any certainty. We all know right from wrong, aside from that, personal responsibility has to be taken for ones personal actions. The only person capable of applying any kind of value judgement on a bisexual, would be another bisexual.

No sex act between consulting adults is a sin as long as there is no physical or emotional damage done to the participating partners. The concept of sex as sin was developed by SOME religious organizations as a way to control the flock and extort money from them.

The last I looked, sins or non-sins were up to God to judge. That also holds ture, by the way, no matter what the passage in the book says. Perhaps your friend is confused about the part where BELIEVING in God and BEING God are two different things.
There's also a passage that says women will hold silent in the church and not wear jewelry or make-up. Ask her how she feels about that.

This is a tricky subject and question. In my opinion I would think it is but I am the first to admit I do not have the grasp of the bible that say a priest or a rabbi may so my suggestion to you is to ask someone who would know like a priest and so on.
Good luck with you're search.

The concept of sin is a religious one. I think most religions that use the term "sin" would consider it a sin.
It is not something to be experimented with. It does a lot of damage to a person's psyche. Many of the sexually disoriented people today are the result of childhood molestation. Sex is filled with powerful emotions. It can be a beautiful expression of love or it can destroy your self-respect and lead you down the path of degradation and loneliness.

That depends on what you mean by the word sin. If it is the sin described in the bible...yes. If it is the sin defined as an act that harms another human being...no.

OK, I hate to break it you, but there is no such thing as a 'sin'.There is just doing good and doing bad.
Sooo. be nice to people, be honest, be kind, be understanding, be sensitive, open minded and caring, and you should get back what you deserve.
Your sexual identity has nothing to do with what kind of person you are.
