You could just have sensitive skin. Try using a new razor for people with sensitive skin and a different shaving cream for sensitive skin. Sometimes it happens if you shave too close and your skin gets irritated or if you have thick hair and you have to go over the same spot more then once. I get razor burn every now and then when i use cheap razors. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Try changing your razor regularly, making sure that you have good shaving cream, never shave that area when it's dry, and also shave that area on a regular basis. I would recommend shaving that area something like every 2-3 days and if you start to see ingrown hairs, try plucking the hair out with a pair of tweezers. Hope this helps.

Always shave in the shower never dry, use a new razor AND after you shave, layer on neosporin or even better is Bikini Zone just put it on right after you get out of the shower it might sting a little at first but i swear it works.

Hair bumps. The hair is curling up under the skin. Best to use scissors and just trim very close but not close enough to cause the bumps.
