i am 15 and she is 18. in one of my previous posts (what should i do about my brother's abusive girlfriend) is says the whole story. but now shes sent a note to my mom and dad and it said everything that I do bad and that everything was my fault. even about the piano thing. it seems that everyday she comes over, all i hear is fighting and whining, and then i go outside for a big walk and i slip into a little phase of depression because i feel i have to stay away from her at all times. in the note she said that she never does anything, and that she didn't even threaten to beat me up. one i did hit her back, i shouldn't have though. last week, it was the 4th time she abused my physcially. i sent her an e-mail saying everything bad that she does and why i don't like it. just on saturday we were camping, and i wanted to play badminton with my brother, well she got all mad and went in the truck because we were playing. then i left and came back and she was playing,

i should kick her little ***! thats not right. ur brother should do something about his whiney abussive girlfriend. and it is SO disrespecful to even touch you. I would NEver Even raise my voice or be arugemnetive with my boyfriends sististers... so yeah... that girl needs a good *** kicking. I suggest you warn her. than get the law involved if your brother dosnt do anything. and shes 18! she Will GET IN TROUBLE for hitting abusing you, your a minor, tell her that! than if she does it again... call the cops and get a restraining order.

have you made your parents aware of the fact that she has hit you? if so, she should NOT BE ALLOWED BACK IN YOUR HOME!!! seriously. you are a minor and legally she is an adult. if your parents are taking her side, or just not being more aggressive about the situation, i honestly suggest that the next time she hits you, immediately call the police. tell them the entire story, mainly that she has hit you in the past and that you have told your parents. you are in your own home and you should feel safe at all times and not feel like you cannot just lounge around when she is over. i know calling the police may seem excessive, but really your safety is more important and they can order her not to come back to your house, and also make your parents keep her out. if you dont want to call the police, go to your school's counselor and tell them everything. good luck hun.
