I had a scrambled egg with toast and yogurt this morning.... but was still hungry. I got a scoop of Fried Ice cream and am having it for breakfast! (Breyers makes it)
Anyone else have ice cream for breakfast or with it?

Ahhhh, thanks for asking this question. It just brought back a memory that I have not thought of in years! Ice cream for breakfast was never thought of in my family but one day when I was about 8 yrs old my family & I were on vacation and staying in a Holiday Inn (kids free, ya know). It was time for breakfast and my dad said let's have ice cream. I was sooo shocked. We all went to the ice cream shop and got ice cream cones. I remember him saying nutrionally it wasn't a lot different than another breakfast we might have chosen..ha! I have never had ice cream for breakfast since that day in 1960 nor had I even thought about until your question. Again, thanks for starting my day today with a good memory! And...go for an ice cream treat this morning!!!

as much as I love ice cream, that is something I have never done (and I am even trying to cut back my intake at night...trying to watch the girly figure you know! ergh)

as long as you aren't having it for breakfast everyday it is completely fine. better than no breakfast at all if you ask me!
