I'm nearing the end of the treatment, but am frustrated that my seasonal allergies are not improving yet. My practitioner is encouraging me to stay with it.

Glad to hear from someone else doing NAET. I think my problem may be some plants that are not in the kits that may be native to the area I live. Otherwise, i have cleared everything else 3 times. Also, maybe some molds that are not in the kits. not sure. She has started me on self testing but I am struggling with that. I do have the book, but it kind of confuses me. I feel like I have a lot to learn yet. Which self test do you do? I've tried both that they show to do in the book and I'm not successful yet. You must just need to practice it alot. Glad to hear that you and your son are doing well. That's great for your son, sounds like his problems were becoming severe.

My son and I both do NAET. I'm a firm believer. I'm wondering if you maybe one of your previous things you passed actually popped out. Did you ask your practitioner why it's not improving? My son's allergies have gotten drastically better. When we went to her he was supposed to get on a steroid inhaler, and was taking his regular inhaler three to four times a day, plus Singulair. Now he's off his inhaler, never took the steroid, and soon will be off Singulari.

Ours also has taught us how to self treat. Make sure your practitioner does that too. That way if you're ever noticing symptoms, you can self-treat and not wait until you see him/her to get better in between treatments.

But I would definitely ask why you're not getting better yet if you're near the end. That doesn't make sense to me.

You asked which self-treatment we did. I'm not sure what book you have, but the treatment we do, isn't in the book she gave us. She just has me massage a couple points. On my son I go down his spine, and first have him breathe in, then breathe out, then pant like a dog, then I go down his shoulder blade line, and he breathes normal. I repeat this three times.

Then I do his points in a clock-wise motion, at the spot between thumb and first finger, both hands. The bend of the elbow, both. The inside ankle bone, both legs. In between big toe and next toe, both feet. On myself, I only do these points, as I obviously can't reach my own back! But you could ask your practitioner to show you which points better than me explaining them.

I did not but heard in general good reports about NAET. If after you try sometime more, you are not better, try homeopathy (if you have not already tried it).
