How do you know that it barked if you could not hear it? Maybe he was just yawning. If you can't tell whether or not it barked, and given the assumption that bad dogs bark or even the assumption that good dogs bark (or whether barking has anything to do with "goodness" or "badness" or not), you have no solid evidence to judge whether or not he is a bad dog.

Therefore, the answer is "maybe"

Since when is a dog bad for barking. Dogs bark for attention, and to warn people,or to tell you they want to go outside to poop or someones coming.
Used to the more a dog barked to the people in the country the more they liked it.

Just because a dog barks doesn't make it bad; if someone writes a question and assumes dogs are bad, are they bad?
