I remember a movie where a guy was questioning another guy that was stripped down and tied up and standing or soaked in water. The guy didn't give him the right answer, so the first guy said "Indo, hit him again." Then this creepy Asian guy came up with rubber gloves and two sponge covered electrodes, and shoved it to his chest. What movie was this? I think it was a Sylvester Stallone movie!

willy g is right. It is Lethal Weapon, but I think it is the first one. Danny Glover's daughter is kidnapped and sent to a underground bunker in the desert and Mel goes to rescue her. But it definitely the Lethal Weapon series.

Lethal Weapon.... 2 I think. Rambo was tied to a bed spring nobody touched him with any thing. But it was definitly a Lethal Weapon movie where he touched him with those sponge thingys. Then Mel Gibson reached up with his legs and broke the guys neck.
