Using an iron on a medium setting and brown paper bags or newspaper (place a sheet of paper-toweling beneath to prevent ink transfer) placed over the wax, iron over it to melt the wax and absorb it into the paper. You may need to move to clean areas of the paper several times. If there is discoloration from the wax, use a dry cleaning spot remover. You can purchase a home dry cleaning kit in the laundry detergent isle at most markets. (I recommend everyone have one!) Following the directions on the package, dab away the stain. Good luck!

get an iron and some baking paper (white sheathy stuff you use to place on the bottom on trays, not sure what you call it where you are).....

place the paper over the wax, then press gently with the iron over the paper (on wax) use gentle heat first, then increase if need be.... it should melt back thru onto the paper....

superb of luck with this one. unwell have an interest to be certain what different persons advise. it relatively is a complicated because of fact the wax desires melting or dissolving. i anticipate you may no longer elevate the carpet up & have already picked off what you may by using hand.. i'm afraid i do no longer understand of any solvents which will artwork on wax, yet possibly a steam cleanser might help. It won't eliminate the wax, however the warmth may well be sufficient to soften the wax& enable it circulate extra down into the carpet so as that that's hidden.
