Nothing or nobody will stop me & my family from going places just because they may or may not be targeted by terrorists. VIGILANCE is the watchword here. They will not win. my theory is that these recent events are red herrings. these fanatics probably already have bigger plans for 7/7/07. they are either very foolish or very clever. unfortunately i know which my money is on.

No they dont scare me...the really scary stuff is if it was hidden and actually happened and your walking along one day and bang your dead because of someone else..
but the recent ones didnt work and thats fact..it doesnt make their intent less work but it does mean there is no need for conjecture...
there just need to be more understanding of
the chances of an attack and also more vigilance and if you notice something unusual then do something...a guy in brick lane dragged a bomb into the police station (nail bomber) but peopl in soho were not so lucky...its not alot to ask people to be vigilant over their property and places aswell as the local and national government..
there are ways of policing to make checks so that it is difficult for terrorists..
why were the ambulance service the first to notice this car when their is cctv linked to the police?

Nice answer tricky, yes I am scared, so is any sensible person. The extremists amongst us are intent on causing disruption to our daily lives. However we have survived two world wars and the IRA bombings, one of which was only half a mile from my home. I eas scared then but still went shopping in Manchester the following day. If we change our life pattern then they are winning. Be scared by all means but do not be defeatist they only win if we allow them to win. We shall not be moved. Good luck and God Bless.

Actually it doesn't scare me or make me angry. The chances of actually being a victim of a terrorist attack are rather small, regardless of what the media/government might try to suggest. You're statistically more likely to suffer an accident at work than be the victim of a terrorist attack, so relax it probably won't happen to you.
I just feel rather sorry for the poor misguided fools.

I am more scared of the Daily Mail readers backlash over this, or how Labour will respond! I was in Manchester City centre when the bomb went off there 10 years ago, and it didn't stop me going about my daily business. I have more chance of being killed driving my car than by a terrorist act, but I don't stop driving. Terrorist will never win, but Bush and Blair only fuelling them more with their shite policies!

I think the perpetrators need a good smack!
I didn't live through the bombing raids in the 2nd World War to have to put up with this sort of thing during peace time! And, no, they don't scare me, but I would like to have half an hour alone with them to sort them out!!
Oh! dear!! I think I'm beginning to sound like the archetypal "post-menopause; low in oestrogen; high in attitude" woman my grandmother was!

the terrorists have made me more alert, for my childrens sake and of those around me.Yes it also makes me angry too,if they dont like the way the world is,then maybe they should go back to the country they were born in,where they can do what they like,if they want to travel to other countries then they must except our western ideas
